We Surveyed our property with a fantastic survey company. However, Our neighbors used this company -Koestner Associated -to survey their property. Not only did they do an incorrect survey, but they put incorrect markings down and then refused to fix the issue. The neighbors also refuse to make this all correct and want to put up a fence using the incorrect markers.on our property! The survey company refused to take our calls, show us their survey or remedy the situation. I strongly suggest you stay away from doing business with this company.

I dealt with quite few surveyors and engineers, for my business and personal use, I highly recommend Koestner Surveyors, specially dealing with Steven Koestner soft spoken very well educated person when it comes to Bergen County rules and regulations, you cannot find a better person nor the company to deal with, guaranteed you will be satisfied 105%!
