I engaged McNally, Doolittle Engineering, LLC for property survey and septic engineering services, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
1. Septic Design Disaster: ★☆☆☆☆ The septic design provided by McNally, Doolittle Engineering, LLC can only be described as a disaster. while McNally, Doolittle Engineering, LLC charged around $8000 for property survey and septic engineering, The leach field they design on the back of my property, exacerbating water issues during heavy rains. The new hill they built diverts excessive amount of water into my backyard, turning it into a pond-like mess. Despite my numerous attempts to address the issue, there no response. Until three months after this brand new system start leaking out gray water, they come back and order to raise the leach field even higher, I question them about the water issue, they said: 'we only take care of the septic system, water issue has nothing to do with us' isn't that ridiculous? they designed a septic system to flood my house!
2. Pricing Deception: ★☆☆☆☆ When I conversational asked the engineer about property boundaries, three stakes were placed without any warning of additional costs. Three weeks later, I received an unexpected 'out of scope' work invoice of $450 for these stakes. This not only reflects unprofessionalism but is outright deceitful. Had I been informed of the extra charge, I would have declined the service. To make matters worse, they threatened to withhold approval for the final septic check, pressuring me to pay under duress.
In summary, my experience with McNally, Doolittle Engineering, LLC has been marked by deception, unprofessionalism, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options.

They met me for one hour in their office to discuss the job. This was BEFORE any proposal or agreement was signed. They explained all my options free of charge. They went above and beyond what was expected for a small 2-bedroom home, where the profit margin for a big company like them is very minimal. Thank you very much!
