So I contacted Caulfield this week for a rush request on a building survey in Jersey City. The person who answered the phone - Pat was downright angry and abrasive. He told me that the job was "enormous" and gave me an incorrect contact email which bounced back. I called once more to clarify the email address, and that's when he rudely told me once more about how "enormous" the job was again and went into a tirade on how stupid of a request it was. Obviously, we decided to go with another, more professional company in NJ who said they'd do it in a week, no fuss.
Bottom line? Caulfield doesn't give a sh*t about new clients, are abrasive to women (AND I still haven't gotten a reply to my email) and are seriously unprofessional. Please go with a suburban NJ surveyor and you'll get MUCH better customer service.
