I am very pleased with a title survey that I just received from Kaba for a property in Queens. Jaroslaw & his crew surveyed the property and completed the report in only 2 days (versus 5 days from any of the other surveying outfits that I called), and at a good price. The report itself looks fantastic, professionally drawn in AutoCAD (or similar).

It is very clear, detailed, & accurate. I was provided with 5 signed & stamped copies of the survey itself. Kaba was easy to reach via email & telephone. Last but not least, their new office on Jericho Turnpike is very nice as well.

These guys are great, they showed up on time and did a thorough job. They were also very kind. My title company had required some additional information on the survey, we called Kaba and its was done within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Kaba to anyone who is looking to do a survey.
