After calling numerous Surveyors with no luck Lee was quick to respond and scheduled my survey. He was easy to communicate which and actually did my survey earlier than expected. The two gentleman that came to do the survey were professional and quite talented they even showed me all the details about the work, I would definitely recommend TAit engineering.

Let me start by saying I work in the home improvement/land development industry. I understand sometimes things get backed up. But I reached out to this company 2 weeks ago for a property survey. After 2 days they get back to me, (not an issue, it takes time.) but they proceed to tell me on the phone that they're scheduled out to June, again not an issue, but that they recommend someone else? Ok, strange, but what's his name. "Steve Puskar" who I call, he answers saying he's on a job. Takes my info, "I'll call you tomorrow.". never does.
I call again a few days later. Same story, call you tomorrow. I call again a few days later, same story. Today as I haven't gotten an answer and have no estimate, it reminds me why so many of these companies fail. Poor customer service. I would've literally paid for this over the phone and scheduled that day. I needed the survey that badly. Unreal.

If you are looking for professional work at a reasonable price, look no further than Tait Engineering. I had them survey my property line and was extremely pleased with the work they did. Not only were they professional, they were the best priced business out of 3 others in NH/Wexford area, and on top of that they had the shortest lead time out of everyone.
One last item. Contrary to others, my experiences with Maria and Erin (work the front desk) were great. When I sent in my check and asked for a date estimate she was transparent in saying that it would take between 1.5-2 weeks. Others that I had contacted were estimating anywhere from 3-9 weeks. They offered to call a day in advance of when they would show up and they did. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed to have a boundary survey done on a residential property. I have no complaints about the completed work. It took literally double the estimated amount of time to complete, however, and wasn't done until I had called several times over several weeks after the expected date had passed to check in. Allegheny Land Survey had quoted a cost that was about 15% less than Tait Engineering but had a longer lead time, so I was displeased to pay more to have it take the same amount of time in the end.

Maria, the woman who answers the phone at the front desk is incredibly rude. I sent a check 2 weeks ago, and was informed that it was cashed. I called, and I asked her a simple question - "when would my property be surveyed?" She began interrupting me, cutting me off, and was extremely rude and hostile. I will not be using this company in the future, and I will tell all my friends to steer clear. I can't believe anyone would hire her to speak with their customers! They have my money, and they won't even tell me when my property will be surveyed.
