As Vice President of Senate Engineering Company, Mr. Rick Barnett shares in the company's corporate development activities as well as the day to day operations and management responsibilities. He also serves as client and project manager for a wide variety of projects. His 37 years of civil and environmental engineering includes a strong background in all aspects of water and wastewater planning, design, permitting, funding acquisition and construction phase services.Mr. Barnett has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a M.S. Degree in Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
