Ramaker & Associates' environmental team performed a Property Condition Assessment on our rental properties as part of a refinance. The report they prepared was extremely accurate and helped us budget for future expenses on the properties. The Ramaker team members involved were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will use Ramaker for any future engineering or architecture needs.
