Best surveyors.! Kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely 100% recommend this company. Mr. Christian was great and Mrs monica was just so helpful with everything.

Critical: Professionalism, Value Very unprofessional when I called to get some answers on the extra charge on the bill, and the girl Monica that works there tells me why now are you bicker and complaining about the price when you are just trying to understand the extra charges.

We had an unusual residential boundary line and fence line situation we were wanting to correct - our fence was very far inside our property by as much as 24 feet in some areas. Boundary One gave us an amazingly detailed survey and patiently answered our questions as well as the questions of our neighbors who were greatly affected by the change. They got us all straightened out and we got our property back!

Very professional and in the meantime their prices are fair. Christian is very respectful and helpful! However they're very busy but they worked on my land boundary quickly! Thank you Boundary One surveyors!

I lost my records during Harvey. I needed a survey done for a refinance and fast. The surveyor new my situation and took care of me so I could secure my rate. I am so grateful.

This company is one of the worst to work with for surveys. The owner, Chris will lure you in to thinking that they will complete the survey in a timely manner. As soon as you send your money, he will tell you that he has a deadline with another customer and he will finish the job next week. The following week he will have the flu. He will continue to delay the completion of the survey if you do not continue to try and contact him to complete it.

You will be lucky to get a hold of his secretary (wife) on the business phone listed. He will not provide his cell number. He will only respond through email. That should have been a red flag already but I made the mistake of paying him. The wife / secretary has poor professionalism and will act like you did something wrong and you owe her for asking a favor to leave a message for Chris.

She will take the message but not deliver it and if she says she will call you back, forget it. He said that he had a lot of customers that he has sued because of non payment. I understand now why they did not pay him. It's been over 6 weeks and I still do not have my original survey documents.
