ALTA (American Land Title Association) and the ACSM (American Congress of Surveying and Mapping) worked together to develop the standards for ALTA/ACSM surveys. It is mainly used for developed commercial property, and required by buyers and lenders concerned about the location of buildings, parking areas and other improvements.
Ellis Survey are consulting surveyors based in Texas City, TX and servicing the Southeast Texas area, who offer their boundary surveying services throughout the greater Houston area, including The Woodlands to Galveston. Our land surveying services include boundary surveys. A boundary survey determines the property lines of a parcel of land described in a title.

I employed Ellis Surveying Services to do an elevation certificate on my house. Their staff was scheduled and were at my home within just a few days. The young lady who works the front office could not have been more pleasant and helpful either.
