The actual survey was fine. However, I needed an expert witness for an adverse possession case, which is the reason for the survey. This company knew from our first communication that this was why we were hiring them. When asked to be an expert witness, they declined. I sure wish they had been upfront from the beginning that this was not a service they provide. If you need them for this.don't hire! If you need a basic survey, they are fine.
