A liar, a thief, and a crook. Charged $3,000 to print off maps from free publicly available maps from the government for a perc plan. Wasnt even close to meeting the countys requirements and didnt even identify potential locations to perc. He told me to do it correctly would be $5,000 more. When I said I was unhappy and wanted a refund, he sent me a bill for another $800. I wouldnt wish this company on my worst enemy. I ended up getting an actual qualified engineer to do the work correctly for $1,000. Roland Joun is a fraud.

They are cheap for a reason. They produce fake surveys to create title problems and land issues. They also trespass on other peoples property without their permission.
