Chris and his team were excellent! We placed a call, asked for a survey, paid a reasonable price, the team conducted the survey shortly thereafter and had the electronic survey to us the next day. Really seamless and easy to work with. Grateful!

Everything from the initial phone call through the delivered product was excellent. The people were all very pleasant to deal with. The finished product was beautiful. I requested that they put an additional number on the survey plot and they were happy to do that. I was very happy that they delivered a PDF file, in addition to the paper copies. I was referred to Duley and Associates by a realtor friend, Rebecca Mohammed of Keller Williams Integrity. I spoke to Andy Duley to get a survey done. He provided me with all information and cost then proceeded to tell me to check the documents that I got when I bought my home. Normally there is a survey that comes with the documents. Sure enough, there it was.

He could have kept that info to himself and just made money off of me that I did not need to spend. That is integrity and is TOPS in my book. These days that is rare! Thank you! I am already advertising for you!

So far, this entire project is starting off great! Duley showed up just as soon as weather permitted, they did my location survey easily and sent me my survey via email the very next business day. Their office people were very friendly and gave me a good price as well. I highly recommend them.

I recently got a notice that my property would require flood insurance. I called Duley & Associates who scheduled Mr. Jerry Mamauag to my case. Jerry reached out to me about setting up the time to meet at the house. He was more than accommodating to my very hectic schedule. He quickly, but very accurately came to the conclusion that the property is not in a flood zone and wrote the certificate as such. that was the easy part. Apparently, a LOMA will have to be filed with FEMA in order have the maps show that we are no longer in a flood zone.

This was not an easy task. I didn't know how to handle the situation so i called Jerry for some advice. He could not have been more than accommodating yet again! Because of his deep knowledge in this field, he was very quick in pointing me towards all the documents that i would need to be submitted with the LOMA. I was able to successfully submit the LOMA but only because of Jerry's help. Jerry is the epitome of professionalism.

His customer service was incredible which also is a very unique thing these days, but a breath of fresh air. He is the example of how a person that's passionate about their job guarantees a customer like myself would never consider going anywhere else. and to recommend them to friends and family.
