Mr. Scott attended college for surveying in the early 1990's and has been surveying since graduating in 1995. He became a New York State Licensed Land Surveyor in 2006 and opened what is now "R. Scott Land Surveying" in 2007. He is committed to serving each individual clients specific needs and communicates fully to that in order to keep the project on pace.
