In 1978, the firms of Mauney Engineering, Inc and Blackwell-Maylone Land Surveyors merged, resulting in the formation of Blackwell and Associates, Inc. Since that time, Blackwell and Associates has provided Professional Land Surveying services to residential, commercial, and governmental clients in the Central Florida area.
Not only have we seen it all in Volusia County - we've drafted, mapped and archived it. Our vast survey library dates back to 1886. It is the culmination of several generations of land surveyors. In the hands of our skilled personnel, these comprehensive archives give us a distinct advantage over the competition.

These guys were able to fit me on their schedule last minute at a much more competitive price than any of the other surveyors I called. They then were able to cancel the day of with a full refund after we were able to find a prior survey and found out that I no longer needed one for the mortgage. I really appreciate their awesome customer service and will definitely be using them whenever I need a survey in the future.

I recently used Blackwell & Associates to survey 40 acres in Deleon Springs of very heavy forest. This company exceeded my expectations and did an outstanding job. All boundaries were clearly marked with pink ribbon. The land clearing company mentioned it was the best survey they have encountered in their entire career.
