I agree with Diane's review. I recently had a crew from Upham working two doors down from my business. They felt no need to ask if they could park their vehicle on my property in a posted, reserved space, eat lunch on my property and damage one of my landscaping plants with a machete. Florida law (FSS 472.029) gives them the ability to enter onto property but does NOT give them the right to damage my property. Further, it's just good common sense to make contact with an "Open" business and ask permission to park your vehicle on their property and let them know you are going to be doing some work.
A smart business owner would instruct his/her employee's to make contact and maybe even leave a business card to promote his/her business also. When I spoke to one of the employee's he had an attitude. NOTE: Before leaving this review, I personally called the business twice and left a voicemail for the owner asking him to call me. I never heard back from him.

This company's workman drove up our driveway w/o identifying themselves.to ask permission. I happened to let my dog out when I saw the white truck parked at the back shop. My husband ran out & kicked him off our property. He called the company & complained. They said he thought you weren't home. Both house garage & shop garage doors open. LIED to his boss.
My husband could have taken his gun thinking someone was thieving our shop equipment. THIS is notification that UPHAM Inc are never allowed on our property again. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES to respect people's property.
