Our corporate office is located in Spring, Texas (North Harris County). Numerous field crews are on projects at any given time, covering Harris County, and surrounding areas. Our Registered Professional Land Surveyors function as project managers on all projects. We maintain a commitment to meet project schedules and be responsive to client needs.
S&V is one of the few land surveying companies providing High-Definition Surveying (HDS) Laser Scanning. With the advances in time and accuracy, HDS Laser Scanning is a cost-effective means of performing topographic surveys. By capturing detailed site information, revisits are minimized and project accuracy is maximized.
S&V Surveying has expertise in the pipeline industry. Our staff includes Operator Qualified Personnel with many years' experience in providing pipeline services. We are capable of handling all phases of a pipeline project, including preliminary route selection, preliminary route staking, easement plats and descriptions, permit drawings, construction alignment sheets, directional drill design or As-Built Surveys during construction.
We have located underground utilities on many topographic and utility surveys. The surveys have been used for engineering and architectural design purposes specifically for roadway projects, subdivision projects, commercial sites, retail sites, and plant environments. S&V owns electromagnetic equipment (pipe and cable locators), metal detectors, and excavating and potholing equipment.
