Although their website suggests they are very responsive, this is not the case. We made contact with a surveyor in the office and sent information with survey request and called several times over the course of a month with no return call. ever. (Note: this was an old survey they had done previously, so just needed an update.) Upon asking the person answering the phone for a suggestion as we did not understand the lack of responsiveness, we received a return call with suggested alternate local surveyors to contact! Would have been more understandable if we had received this information a month prior. Disappointing and frustrating for sure.
