Our mission at C. E. Raines Company is to provide quality engineering and surveying services to all of our clients in a timely manner. To support our engineering services, the firm utilizes state of the art computer work stations in conjunction with high speed plotters. The C.E. RAINES COMPANY has also customized the purchase of equipment to enhance services provided to our customers. Design services are supported by high speed CAD work stations.
Automotive companies evaluate new vehicles on high speed test tracks and roadways which simulate conditions encountered on public roads throughout the country. Since 1977, we have been involved in precise surveying and engineering assignments to create, or duplicate, special roadway test facilities at test track facilities throughout the country.
The C.E. RAINES COMPANY has been actively providing consulting civil engineering services since 1968. As Engineer for a municipality (City /Township), we typically review and approve all private development projects constructed within the community. We also provide design, stakeout, and inspection services for construction of new roadways, sewers, water mains, and other public works infrastructure constructed within the community.
