Our principal engineers, Tim Painter and John Lewis, are certified engineers with a combined total of over 70 years of design experience in the fields of civil and structural engineering and landscape architecture. As sole proprietors of local consulting firms since 1991, they have established themselves in the area through participation in numerous projects in these design disciplines.
In April of 1995, Painter-Lewis, P.L.C. was formed as a consolidation of the existing sole proprietorships. Our principal surveyors, Dave Spriggs and Joe Ritchie, are licensed surveyors and have over 95 years of combined experience in professional land surveying.
