Survey Land Express

This was the only company out of the three I called to get back to me with a quote when they said they would. Paul was great to work with and he got the job completed on time. Great experience! Very Professional!

I have been engaged with Survey Land Express since January of last year. They helped my family navigate a very challenging plat through the arduous process of permitting pool construction in a city that is notorious for being difficult in the land development process. I especially would like to thank Steve McKean for his thoughtful and creative engineering to work within the bounds of city code, while incorporating our intended design elements to get the land surveyed, the site plan developed, and the final inspection process / as-builts completed.

I didnt even bother after reading many reviews of this company being so expensive. that already is a 1 star for me. i rather keep looking. one word of advice. be affordable for your customers and you will get more business.

Paul has been extremely helpful in getting a few surveys and updated plats completed with his crew. His responsiveness to my requests and overall customer service is unprecedented.especially nowadays. He totally understands the sensitivity of his work and delivers on time. We're grateful and will continue doing business with him and Eugene.

Highly recommend. It was simple to work with Paul. I had some newbie questions at the outset, and he answered them all, even picking up the phone to call me to clarify things. Excellent customer service. Also, the timing expectations were clear and accurate. Thank you!

My neighbor and I used Survey Land Express to survey three lots. The site crew was very thorough and respectful. The work was completed on time. The final surveys were stamped and contained all the needed details for adding a garage or fence etc. I would definitely recommend.

We used Survey Land Express for a previous project, and were happy with the results. We contacted them on Oct. 21 for a second project. We were told that they would review request and get back to us with a quote. I'm still waiting. Reached out to them via email on Oct. 31 with a request for an update (when will we get quote, timeline to get the survey done).

No response. I've now left 2 voice mails (last week and yesterday). Still no response. Just tried calling for a third time, and call went to voice mail. Needless to say, I did not leave a message. We're going to find another company to work with.

Our experience with everyone at Survey Land Express was phenomenal. From the first phone call with Paul, to the invoicing and booking process, the actual survey day itself, and the finalized document, I felt extremely well cared for by everyone on the team. Survey Land Express was a little more expensive than other companies we spoke to, but trust me when I say it was WORTH IT.

Their communication was top notch the entire time and the survey itself is incredibly detailed and so well done. I'm a first time homeowner and I've loved looking at the survey because it's helped me understand so much about my property and lot. Time was of the essence for our residential project. They were able to get our survey completed within 3-4 weeks of us first calling them; other companies were telling us it would be 2 months.

Our neighbors had questions about how the property line was staked after the survey was completed, and Steve was so kind to write and long and extensive explanation for us via email that walked through the exact way the property lines and stakes were determined. I highly recommend this company and I'm so glad we were referred to them!

Paul Golovlev was the person who took my survey project, he was responsive all the time, kept me informed, responded my e-mails within a few minutes, and delivered survey within the promised time frame. Awesome service!

We worked with Eugene Stepanov as recommended my Place Maker Design on a townhouse development in downtown Atlanta. Eugene's survey showed a since removed easement. We sent him easement backup from our attorney. Eugene was completely unresponsive at our and Place Maker's requests for a conversation. He was paid in full. We eventually had revisions done by another surveyor. This post was after 5 requests for a conversation over a couple of months.

Paul and his team gave me a quality work product on fairly short notice during a compressed due diligence period. Paul was also very responsive on follow-up questions, even quite some time after the survey. All in all a very positive experience.

In 2017 they surveyed my residential property. The price was in the medium range at the time and very fair. I called them last week to re stake the corners of the property to be sure the developers/builders respected the property lines. Eileen is the person to ask for as she is kind, pleasant, welcoming and efficient. The builders moved up their time schedule and Survey Land Express was able to help me within a week as they were in the area. Eileen sent a couple of copies of the original survey for my reference and I walked the lines with Henry and Michael as they worked.

I love to learn new things and they were very patient and kind to me as they worked. I stayed out of the way and they worked quickly and staked key areas to be sure the boundaries are clear. Today I am relaxed knowing this project is going according to plan. I refer them to you knowing they return calls quickly, engage in a very professional manner and take their time to double check readings for accuracy. Thank you Eileen, Henry and Michael!

I was very pleased with the Excellent service provided. Paul and his team are GREAT. GOOD JOB!

Bottom line: Expensive but excellent service. Would do business with them again. We we impressed with how professional, and efficient they were. They did what we agreed to for the price we agreed to, and on schedule despite numerous weather related setbacks. Any time we called or emailed with questions they were promptly and courteously answered, very happy the service we received. Sticker shock is a real thing, but this is the sort of thing you want to be sure was done correctly.

I have used Survey Land Express multiple times and i can honestly say this is the best survey company i have ever dealt with. Very professional efficient and will explain every question that you have. I highly recommend, i give Paul 5 stars he is the best.

My experience with Survey Land Express was great. I was impressed with the fast reply. All of their employees were professional and courteous. They are the best surveyors I have ever dealt with. They where very helpful and when I called back for additional topographical survey everything was done in a few days. Will contact again whenever need surveys.
