Services
TFW can perform ALTA/ACSM land title surveys based upon 2016 minimum standard detail requirements for ALTA/ACSM land title surveys as adopted by American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors. The client simply decides which optional survey responsibilities and specifications should be included from table A of the standards, provides TFW with a current title commitment for the subject property and we will take it from there.The final deliverable will include the basic certification as included in the standards.

The surveying firm was hired to do a plat of surveys for new buyers of a house behind us. In the process the surveyor decided to lop off several branches of a spruce tree under the guide that they needed to do it to put a stake in the ground. The branches were three feet above the ground, were intended to create a privacy barrier and now have left a gaping hole instead.
When I called the company to complain and ask for a resolution, I was yelled at, told to shut up and listen and told that it was not their problem. That had the right to do it in the course of their work. The cutting that was done was extreme and did not have to occur. I would be watchful before hiring this firm for any surveying needs. They are clearly not customer friendly.
