Services
To receive an estimate for a survey or other services please submit our online form provided below and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Boundary Survey (property boundaries and improvements (buildings, fences, etc.) are located, marked, and shown on a new plat in your name). Mark Property Lines (physically locating and marking corners and lines with tall wooden stakes- no new plat). New Construction Residential (typically requires boundary survey, plot plan, foundation placement, foundation survey, and final survey).

Absolutely FANTASTIC! I contacted them in hopes of getting an encroachment issue resolved. I was expecting a 6-8 month wait. Allison contacted me within a week and advised she had a crew available to come out and get our survey completed. The guys had to complete an entire survey of our lot, an entire survey of our neighbors lot and then provided us with the section of encroachment.
They were able to get everything draw up to show the new property lines AND drive new stakes into the ground for markers. The professionalism of the staff was top notch! I HIGHLY recommend them! The price for all of it was GREAT! I expected way worse, but was pleasantly surprised.

What a huge mistake! Called them several times and finally the Real Estate Company got a hold of them to get them to move on the job. When they did show up, they did a great job marking the area, BUT, .We waited for over a week to get the survey plat and called them and found out that the $600 was for the wooden stakes with the orange ribbon on them. NO SURVEY PLAT.
We called 3 other surveyer's and they only charge $250 - $400 and you get a Survey PLAT. If we want a survey, we was told it would cost us ANOTHER $600. This company won't be in business much longer with the way they SCREW people over.

I have called this company 4 times over the past three weeks. Each time I was told that someone would call me back the same day. Twice they took all my information concerning the job that I needed done. I have never received a call back from the company. I call another company and had the work done the following day. I called the owner to make him aware of my experience with his company and he thanked me and said he would check in to the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Carolina surveyed my land a few years back. I lost the flags and wanted it resurveyed for a fence. Spoke to Rachel who located me in the computer but said she needed to pull the file. Called the next day just before close of business, spoke to Michael who said he would call back. A few days later my fencing contractor called or texted Dennis (the owner?) and I still haven't heard back anything from Carolina. Called again at 4:30 pm today. Reached an answer machine. Don't waste your time. If they can't return 4 phone calls then that speaks volumes about the quality of their service.
