A boundary is a line of demarcation between adjoining parcels of land. A boundary survey is the process of identifying, verifying, and resolving the location of a boundary. The process of laying out reference points and markers that are used by construction personnel for the purpose of construction site improvements, such as roads, utilities, buildings, etc.
Land development plans of all types and sizes are at the core of GLB&A services. Whether your project is commercial or residential, we provide designs, calculations and survey services for land development plans meeting your needs and regulatory requirements. Stormwater management, erosion control, grading, parking, site layout, etc. are all in a days work at GLB&A.
Unmanned aerial vehicles provide an unmatched perspective to track and document construction activities. GLB&A can provide the detailed information needed to keep your projects on track. A picture is worth a thousand words, and an aerial photograph instantly conveys the quality and condition of property and buildings.
You and your associates did a wonderful job for us. From talking with Lee to set up the surveying to the actual work that was done. I appreciate the effort your people put forth. The land is by no means easy to traverse. All the stakes were very well marked and clearly identified. I'm glad I had my wife and son along though they helped see what I couldn't by being shorter than I.

Had a boundary dispute with neighbors when I bought a house in Red Lion, GLB&A was able to quickly settle the line markings with legal property markings that could not be disputed. They came out several times to check and double check the lines before setting post. I paid for my land a few bucks for a survey kept it mine.

My family has had the worst experience with this company. They do not provide top level service. They are unresponsive, do not meet township deadlines, drawn subdivisions incorrectly which results delays in building projects and cost us more money.
