Established 35 years ago in 1981, by Wayne Statler and Larry Lahr, Statler & Lahr, Inc. quickly became known for providing excellent customer service while offering dependable cost effective surveying and engineering solutions. Mr. Douglas Brehm was the first employee of the company. Mr. Gregory Lebo was the fifth employee on a part-time basis as he attended college.

Doug began work with the company from its inception, and has served as President and partner since 1988. He has both a Bachelor's Degree in Water Resources Engineering, and an Associate's Degree in Surveying Technology from the Pennsylvania State University. As President and a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, he oversees the daily land surveying and municipal engineering operations as well as providing managerial and financial direction for projects and the company.Doug has emphasized long-lasting client relationships through honest business practices and quality service.

Our firm provides comprehensive municipal engineering to many local municipalities as "Township Engineer". We provide plan reviews, meeting representation and construction inspections on behalf of the Townships. We prepare Land Development Plans for both public and private sector clients to facilitate the construction of malls, restaurants, hospitals and shopping centers.

Brehm-Lebo Engineering offers structural services including completed and comprehensive building design, forensic engineering, bridge design, retaining wall design/analysis/inspection, condition assessment analysis/reports, and expert hearing/court testimony. We utilize B.I.M. building information modeling software and finite element modeling software for complex designs.
