WGM Group is a comprehensive planning and design firm, founded in Missoula in 1966 on a core of civil engineering services. Since then, we've evolved as a comprehensive planning, design, and engineering firm with personnel in Missoula, Bozeman, Kalispell, Helena, Butte, and Hamilton. Our locations throughout Montana, innovative project approach, and work-life balance help us recruit and retain top-tier talent to best serve our clients. Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise and creativity to projects involving community design, infrastructure, and natural resource management.
WGM Group worked on a multidiscipline team to provide survey and civil engineering services for Missoula's Community Medical Center. We designed wells, pumps, and distribution piping for the groundwater heating and cooling system, and oversaw well installation and testing. To ensure uninterrupted patient care during construction, we carefully designed site and utility improvements and implemented precise phasing to minimize disruptions.
We are a community-centered company that puts people first. Our culture and corporate decisions are based on doing the right thing for the long term. WGM Group supports professional development for employees, helps with professional licensing, and offers education cost assistance for training and continuing education programs.
Our mission is to help clients achieve their goals while creating healthy communities and improving regional infrastructure and the natural environment. We know our quality of life depends on the open spaces that surround us, and the clean air and water that sustain us. Protecting those treasures will always be our defining priority.
