Joshua Phillips worked with me. He talked with me unti he was sure he understood what I needed. He looked up the relevant data on the history and current layout of the neighborhood. When Joshua set up his surveying equipment, he discovered that one of the markers he needed was buried somewhere under a large area of melting snow and ice 2-3 ft.thick. Joshua told me he considered deIaying the job until the snow and ice melted. Instead, knowing I needed the data immediately, he dug through the ice and snow until he was able to locate the marker.

He explained his findings to me. I received the report within a day or two. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of Joshua Phillips. Eli & Associate are lucky to have Joshua Phillips on board!

Contracting with Eli & Associates for a property survey was a positive experience. Joshua responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to schedule a site visit sooner than expected. He was thorough and deliberate in his measurements, and was personable in his interactions with me.
