Matthew helped me tremendously, with a self imposed problem with the DMV, Matt faxed a copy of my FS-1 report to Smithfield DMV, when I showed up and explained my problem, she went over to the fax machine and their was my fax right on top. Highly recommend, first class service.

After refinancing my home, all was good and then I found out my homeowners insurance was not paid for the year prior and my policy had been cancelled! I quickly called the company I had insurance with and asked if I could reinstate only to be told since it was cancelled they could not reinstate the policy, I called my auto insurance company to see if they could find me homeowners and get a discount by having auto and homeowners with one company, no luck but they did give me a name to call and check with. it was Brown-Phillips and I was greeted by Casey who was so friendly, she quickly asked me some questions and within hours I had 2 options, they were able to get better than what I had and cheaper, FAST!
