I requested a pre-purchase inspection on a 30 year old condo in Palm Bch County. The price quoted was reasonable in relation to other similar services. I thought the inspection was done quickly, on schedule and the report was delivered in.pdf format the next day as promised. Billing was prompt and as quoted. All in all, I was pleased with their service and would recommend them to others for this purpose. I was also able to receive a new Wind Mitigation report that was required for insurance purposes for an additional $100 fee.

R. B. Brennan had performed an inspection for me on my previous home about 15 years ago and I was happy with that experience so I decided to hire them again. The inspection from 15 years ago was done by TJ and he also did the inspection on my current home. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and addressed all of my concerns. Also, he took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to other homeowners, and will use them again the next time I need an inspection.
