Mr. Amaden is an experienced senior level Professional Engineer with thorough knowledge in civil engineering, design and permitting. His background includes all phases of development of single and multi-family communities, and various industrial and commercial projects. He is skilled in site feasibility, concept planning, design of stormwater, potable water and sewer, paving and grading facilities, and construction management.
Mr. Fowler has been Landmark's Survey Supervisor since 1989. Mr. Fowler is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operation of Landmark's Survey Department which includes all phases of the survey process from field note interpretation to the legal aspects. He has helped establish many of the procedures and practices both in the field and office that define the "Landmark way of doing things".
Ms. Vander Meade started with Landmark at the end of 2013 bringing vitality and a keen eye toward making sure our projects are being constructed in accordance with approved plans. She has extensive field experience in underground utilities, site development, mass grading, landfills, methane gas to energy projects and commercial and residential development.

Landmark went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations! I was on a very tight schedule when I contacted them and their survey crew came out. they were very professional and polite. The surveys were PERFECT! Every question I had was knowledgeably answered and all my concerns were addressed. I can only say I would HIGHLY recommend this firm for any surveying needs. They also did some engineering for me and again top quality.

We were having difficulty locating an elevation certificate for a property we were purchasing. Today we called Landmark who surveyed the property in 2006, and Rachel took the call and the necessary information. In maybe an hour later it showed up in my email. This level of customer service is hard to find. Thank you Rachel and Landmark.
