ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping worked together to set high standards for surveying work. This level of surveying work is also customizable by the client, allowing them to obtain a suitable product while adhering to accepted standards, ensuring a consistent and reliable survey.
As-Built Surveys
As-Built surveys are meant for the purpose of comparing constructed improvements to their planned locations. This survey is for submittal to an engineer or a building department to certify the construction of a project.
Boundary Surveys
Boundary surveys can be performed on a parcels ranging from a small residential lot to large acreage sites. Typically included with a boundary survey are the improvements located on the property, for example buildings, pavement, and fences would be shown relative to the boundary. A boundary survey can be the base for many other types of surveys.
Control Surveys
Control surveys are performed mainly for the use of aerial photogrammetry, but can also be used for larger projects such as right-of-ways.

I have resided in the Central Florida area since 1993. In 2002, I graduated from Florida State University, and continued graduate education at the University of South Florida pursuing a Master of Architecture degree. It was through my studies in architecture that I was introduced to land surveying.
I started with a small land surveying firm, where I learned all aspects of land surveying, from office research and production, to field procedures and data adjustments. In May 2011, I obtained my professional licensure in the state of Florida, and started my practice in August 2011
