We specialize in general civil engineering projects, state and interstate highways, bridges, airports, traffic studies, urban planning, housing and industrial development. The surveying division of the company has provided numerous street maps, plat maps and tax maps for municipalities throughout the region.

The firm was originally founded by Frank Waterman who was later joined in the business by his brother, Frederick V. Waterman, Sr. Since 1952, the company has been located in East Providence, Rhode Island.
