Bartram Trail Surveying

We needed a new boundary survey as part of a refinancing with a very tight closing date. Lauren and Bartram Trail Surveying understood the issue and completed the survey in two weeks in time for closing. Anyone living in St. Johns County knows how incredibly busy anyone connected to housing is right now with so much growth in the county. We are so grateful to Bartram for helping us and would easily recommend them to anyone else.

Lauren was very helpful in that she communicated the process accurately. Provided the needed document in a workable format.

One star is mostly due to one of the employees being a dangerous driver, same one and on a regular basis has severe road rage. Thumbs up for the company replying to my request for them to speak with the driver, time will tell.

I didn't receive a survey at closing (7+ years) and neither the lawyer or title company had a copy. Bartram Trail Surveying came through like a CHAMP! high quality product with a people first service (The Publix of Survivors)

I have never used this company for a service. However, their drivers are insane and aggressive and I've had it with them. Company reputation goes beyond the job being done. You all need to have a discussion with your employees about safe and courteous driving. Due to this unprofessionalism on such a simple level, I would never use nor recommend this company for service.

Bartram did our original land survey 5 years ago. I needed a copy for my pool guy and they were quick to assist and got me what I needed asap. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service.

Critical: Responsiveness Worst company I've ever tried to deal with. I contacted them twice phone and the last time in person. Never have I gotten response either way; it's just a waste of time trying to get them to do anything

I'm a local pool builder in Saint Johns County (Castle Pools LLC.) We frequently have homeowners who either lose/don't have an original survey. Which is something we require to even know if we can build a pool, I'll say if I see a copy and see "Bartram Trail Surveyors" I know I'm good to go! They released original copies for an address they surveyed years ago within 24 hours of my phone call. Whoever says they don't release copies I'd start taking it personal LOL
