Ray Thompson Surveying

Ray Thompson surveying did an outstanding job for me. The office staff were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. An appointment was set up quickly, and the two man crew that showed up on time was professional, respectful of my property, and took the time to do the job correctly, no cutting corners. I received an email with the finished product attached within 48 hours.

I highly recommend Ray Thompson for any surveying need you may have. Should I ever need a survey in the future, I know who I will call. Thank you to the entire staff for for making my experience such a positive one!

This company has very little respect for homeowners property. They were called by my neighbor on 2-4-2022 but used my lawn as a parking spot for their truck. I'm not sure why the street or my neighbors driveway, whom contacted you for business, wasn't the option your techs chose. When another neighbor contacted this company to move off our grass they moved and parked across the street on yet another homeowners grass. Now we have 2 homes with tire tracks and marks fom this company who has norespect of property.

From the first moment I called the office, Vickie and Savannah went above and beyond to assist me with what I needed. Not only did were they exceptionally kind and helpful, but the surveyors who came to the property were knowledgeable and nice as well. I definitely recommend Ray Thompson Surveying for any of your surveying needs!

The workers from this company have no respect for people's property. They seem to be bored and I personally saw them pick a fight, cuss out, and act aggressive towards my neighbors to the extent that the police had to get involved. I am not someone who leaves reviews but I hope anyone who hires this company is aware that the employees may damage your property or act aggressive to their neighbors. GOD BLESS.

I can't say enough amazing things about this company. I work for a title company and they are usually the company we use for surveys because of their amazing customer service and quick turnaround times. Vicki and Savannah are always so sweet and willing to help out in a pinch. If you are looking for a great survey company I highly recommend using their services!

Very Disappointed with the lack of respect this business has for potential employees. I submitted an application online and received a call a few days later. After we spoke about the job description and my qualifications, a formal interview was scheduled. 30 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a call from them to reschedule the interview because Mr. Thompson had something come up.

They asked for my e-mail so they could send me literature about the company, some work to review, and a new interview time. This was right before Covid so i didnt give it much thought when i didnt receive a call back or the email. a few days later I called and left a message - no call back. i sent them an email reiterating what they said with the possibility of there being an email address typo - no response either. uncertain times probably.wrong! while im looking at indeed job listings again, i see a job listing 1 day old from Ray Thompson Surveying.

This really got me bummed out because they literally cancelled the interview and lead me on with no intention of ever hiring me. considering i didnt do a thing that warranted treatment like this only leads me to believe that they didn't like something about me personally. BUT i reapplied again because im just jumping to conclusions right? guess not because they didnt select me for an interview again.

If the southern country accent the lady i spoke with had was the office norm then I probably wasnt a compatible candidate considering im not country music and dark skinned! Be a man Ray Thompson and say youre not interested in hiring someone instead of leading them on. you totally screwed me over and now im noticing a pattern with every firm ive interviewed with.country white offices not hiring a highly qualified CAD Draftsman (21 years exp) with dark skin.

I'm a Realtor and one of my clients had to provide a survey before closing to buyer, because the one they had was insufficient (told that last minute). They needed a survey to be done within that week. I was shopping around surveyors and called 14 different companies, some didnt pick up and others could not do it within a week. Ray Thompson surveyors answered and stated that they would and they kept their word, and my clients closing was not delayed.

I then called Ray Thompson's company to do another survey, less than 1 month later, for another property. This second survey was delayed 4 days from when they said it would be ready, (unfortunately, which is why I gave 4 star and not 5) but I would still use them again. Also, the office always picks up their phone.

Linda is a thief, tried to pay me under the table. Worked there for about 2 months.

Ray Thompson Surveying did an outstanding job surveying my property. From setting up the survey to having the work done and sent to me, everything was easy and handled with care and concern. Corresponding with the ladies that work in the office was a delight. They answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed! I have told all my friends buying/selling homes that they should use this business!

This company has no respect for homeowners, they trespass on your property without consent while surveying other property. When you call their office concerned about strangers with machetes in your yard-they basically go off on you for calling & tell you they do not have to notify anyone of their presence. When asking the surveyors why they are in your yard they start spouting off codes that mean nothing when they are trespassing!

If my dogs had been outside I shutter to imagine what may happen if they felt threatened-considering theyre carrying machetes! I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you really want to aggravate your new neighbors!
