It's a convenient spot, lots of variety, and the cashiers are nice, but it could be better. One of the biggest turnoffs is the lack of effort put into properly marking prices and labels. A lot of times it's a guessing game. You don't know what you'll be paying until you get to the register. Also lately the prices have shot up but the quality doesn't always match.
For example the onions almost always look diseased/rotten but they sell them at the same, if not higher prices. They don't always have the same brands when it comes to the bacon so it's a bit of a gamble week to week. More recently I bought some pad Thai noodles from them and it wasn't until I opened them at home that I realized they were 2 months past their expiration date!
Someone should really be in charge of sifting through inventory, putting on price stickers, making sure the items are on the right labeled shelf, and getting rid of expired items.
