Mixed Use and Community Developments have been a specialty of CVE in recent years. CVE has provided consulting services for several large scale Mixed Use Residential and Mixed Use Retail/ Residential projects. In addition, CVE has been responsible for the development and re-development of numerous Municipal Complexes, Fire Stations, Community Recreation Facilities and Parks.

Over the years, CVE has experience in the land planning, design and construction oversight of numerous corporate building developments from individual lots to entire corporate campuses. Our services include initial land planning, infrastructure design and final lot development design.

In recent years, a significant portion of CVE's work has been focused on the design of hospital expansions, new medical office buildings, and senior living projects for some of the most reputable institutions and developers in our work area.
