Excellent customer service! I called and received their voicemail. The message was very descriptive and advised the best was to contact them was either online or e-mail. I requested a copy of my survey via e-mail. They responded in under 2 hours.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I emailed to inquire about having my lot surveyed. They replied asking for the location and lot number. Provided them with the info and they replied with they are to busy to get to it. Why even waste my time asking for any info? I should have followed the other reviews advice and steered clear. Thanks for nothing

I had a couple of questions regarding my survey that was completed by Mr. Griffin. It wasn't clear initially where a landscape easement began and ended. Mr. Griffin came out to personally explain everything. He was very helpful and professional. He was willing to answer any questions I had and even willing to do some additional research to answer my questions. Thank you for your responsiveness and willingness to help.

Contacted Griffin Land Surveying to survey a property for a client who's having a boundary dispute with neighbor. A representative from Griffin Land Surveying visited property in August, told owner that there were no issues. However, they never provided a survey which was needed as documentation! Here it is November and we still do not have anything from them. Repeated emails and phone calls to the company have been mostly ignored.

Contacted them about doing a survey, but never received a call back or email, despite being told Mike Griffin would contact me. A simple courtesy call or email letting me know they were too busy for my business would have been nice.
