Our original office was located in Hawthorne, and several years later relocated to Pleasantville where we are currently established. Today, we are licensed both in New York and Connecticut employing a complete staff of land surveyors, field technicians, CAD technicians and administrative support personel. Our qualified staff enables us to provide complete services in planning development, surveying and mapping & construction services for sustainable developments.

From start to finish, every one of our projects is handled and completed meticulously and professionally. We utilize state of the art survey equipment and the most up-to-date technology available. After the information is read, it is collected by the TDS Ranger Data Collector and then downloaded directly to our computer system for further interpolation on AutoCad.

The Elevation Certificate is an important administrative tool of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). It is to be used to provide elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances, to determine the proper insurance premium rate, and to support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment or Revision (LOMA or LOMR-F).

The crew arrived on schedule and took the time to explain their process and how long they would be on the property. At any time I had a question or was simply curious about what went into doing a survey, they were happy to explain. They walked me through the property boundaries after they staked along the property lines, ad they were always professional, polite and respectful.
When I first received the quote on the survey, I did think it was high but after seeing them work, and the number of hours they spent on the property (and the unseen hours spent at their office performing their due diligence) I feel the fee was fair, and money well spent.

If you need a survey this is the company to use. Michelle in the office gets back to you immediately, Dave doing remote work went beyond what I could have asked for, and Chris out in the field did a great job. I recently used TC Merritt's services for a survey map and staking my property lines and I can't say enough good things about their service! Their attention to detail and quality of work is very impressive.
