Townes PC provides surveying services including topographic, boundary and construction stakeout surveys and more. Surveying services are performed as part of property subdivision plans and land development plans as well as stakeouts of commercial, residential and transportation projects. Using equipment, Townes PC is capable of surveying with one person robotic surveying as well as conventional 2 and 3 person crews. Whether you are a commercial builder or a homeowner, we have the experience to meet your land surveying needs.
Townes PC prepares site plans and land development plans in accordance with local, regional, and state requirements from concept plans to final design. Documentation for municipality approvals is prepared for all types of land development. Layout, grading, sediment control and landscape plans are provided.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Had a property surveyed before purchase and several months later I realized that only 5 of the 6 points of the survey were flagged. Spoke to the owner who asked why I waited so long to report the issue. He declined the opportunity to correct the issue. The 5 flags still stand one year later, so.

Disappointed. Townes came recommended to me. We wanted 4 corners marked. What we received is more questions than the surveyors could give us answers to. We made an appointment which they were over 4 hours late for. When the two gentlemen got here they were able to only confirm 2 corners and kinda half a##ed the other two. We were under the expression that they were coming back or explain the reason on why they were having so much trouble finding the other two. So, it was more like well we dont really know, but were going charge you for the extra time that we were out here after they were over 4 hrs late.
I then sent an email to the owner that we needed clarification. I got no response. I called the office ( the receptionist though was really nice, we appreciate that) he did finally talk with my husband and advised him that " it was the best he could do".i then sent an email to get further clarification. The owner said he would come out with the guy who did the initial survey.
I knew he was extremely put off by having to come back out. Once they were here they tried to explain, but I could tell they were just winging it and won't really sure themselves, said we would have to talk with county. They didnt come off like they wanted to make it right and that it was us, we just didn't understand.the whole thing was pretty frustrating.we still don't have clarification, it was a waste of time and money.
