I needed the boundary of the yard for our new home marked so we could put up a fence, I emailed to request a quote and a timeline to which I received a price quote and a window of time for when the work would be finished from the date of my order. I ordered a week or so later and well before the expiration of the quoted time estimate I came home from work to find my yard clearly marked with stakes and flags. The bill came shortly thereafter exactly as explained. They held true to the price estimate and turnaround time, despite being extremely busy.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Terrible company. We were new to town and Vesta Settlements selected them for closing. They charged us $400, did not stake the corners of the property and we can't have the fence installed. The owner requested an extra $250 to finish the job.

Do not use these people. they will tell you and agree to one thing and change it to theyre way the threaten to sue if you dont pay theyre new price!

Our lost corner posts were located and staked, efficiently and professionally. The gentlemen were courteous and respectful, and carefully indicated the edge of the property line in order for us to widen our driveway. I highly recommend this company.

Just be careful with this guys he will triple the price on you and you have to pay him other with he will keep harassing you, just BEWARE sorry no half star there
