Kenny founded KAZ Surveying in 2003 and brought his experience from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to the city of Denton. He has a wide range of experience in surveys, from residential and commercial sites to large ranches and subdivisions. After years of working with local real estate professionals, bankers, and title companies, Kenny is uniquely qualified to help our clients complete projects.

The owner is dishonest and talks down to women. He treats women as a lesser than lifeform and hodes his sexism while in person but curses and says derogatory things while on the phone. If you want an ethical company to do business with I suggest literally anyone else but this company. Kenny is a worm and he knows it.

KAZ Surveying is a very impressive company. I worked with them for a construction project in the nearby area. Kind and informative, as well as competitively priced for the area. Always quick to respond to any communication. Gave an accurate turnaround/ mobilization schedule. We had a couple of easement changes regarding the property they surveyed for us after the initial boundary survey was completed.
Not only did they help us get it revised without complaint, but they turned around very quickly! I only spoke with Annie, but was never even minutely disappointed by her. Their way of doing business was key in our being able to close the property on-time and stress-free (as far as the survey goes at least, haha)! Thank y'all so much!

Can't speak about quality of work but their driver showed some road rage. They cut me off in traffic for no reason and when I honked, the passenger flipped me the bird. And this was in their company truck. I caught the license plate number but I won't post it publicly. Watch out for these folks both on the road and on the side of the road.
