They make an awful lot of promises, but don't always follow through. After taking most of the measurements, the surveyor left on break and never came back. No contact. Never finished the job. Never sent any of the survey paperwork or drawings. Now they want to sue because we didn't pay them for the job they didn't finish? The person who served the paperwork stated that they delivered a bunch of these lately.
A person from the law firm handling it said the same, and mentioned how the survey company didn't seem to want to work with anyone. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but their reputation is very different from I've experienced lately.
