Services
Prepared construction bid documents, plan sets and performed site inspection services for the reconstruction of two tennis courts, a basketball court and a new tot lot for the very popular City park. Provided survey, design and environmental permitting services for multi-use pedestrian path improvements within the Mill Creek Greenway corridor.
FDG provided a complete topographical survey of all the exterior improvements to the historic Timberline Lodge in support of snow melt improvements to the building and surrounding area. Project involved right-of-way resolution to the adjacent ODOT US Highway 26. FDG prepared site topographical survey in support of a new City police station that is to be constructed.
The following is a list of representative construction site improvement projects completed:. In addition to the private parking and site improvements the project entailed public street frontage improvements along Division Street and 92nd Street in the City of Portland. Prepared civil engineering, land surveying and assisted with the planning for site improvments related to new medical facility.

This firm is either incompetent or negligent, not sure which it is. Kelli Grover lied about delivery of product via emails, did substandard work, used the wrong bench mark even though the contract clearly stated she was responsible for using the correct bench mark causing all my elevations to be off 5.71 FEET, turned in a stamped plan with the wrong project name and number, a sewer and water line crossing at the same elevation, wrong storm calculations and construction off my property on a neighbors property without permission.
I prepaid her fees and had to sue to get my over payment returned. Don't use this firm. They will quote one price and charge you more and do substandard work. Lies, delays, more lies and more delays. Run from them and hire a competent engineer.

Oh my goodness! Where do I start me and my boyfriend bought a house about 8 months ago. When we bought the house the realtor selling the house stated the property was one thing when the map said another, so me and my boyfriend went down to clack amaz county and got the original document it went from 1.55 to 1.88 well we decided to ask the seller to get a survey done which she then did.
When we bought the house we were under the impression our driveway was included in our property which is what we asked for! We have had people non stop people coming with a realtor to our home stating that they own up to our front porch now as you can tell this is very frusterating so we called FIRWOOD DESIGNS GROUP LLC in Sandy Oregon again since they were the ones that did the survey in the first place his name was GARY I remember when we bought the house and spoke to him he was not very pleasant didn't answer questions appropriately.
When we called back today and we were willing to pay to have someone come out and read the survey for us! When we start asking him questions about the survey we interrupts us and says I don't do that kind of survey I just come and locate 4 corners and were like okay can you please come and show us where that is his response: WE DONT JUST COME OUT FOR FREE YOU KNOW!
I CANT YOU NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT BYE : And hung up the phone I am appalled at the way they treat people. We even told the receptionist on the phone if we could pay someone to come out to the house I wouldn't even give this place 1 star so disappointed
