Meridian Land Surveying

I cannot get a return phone call after several attempts and messages.

After calling multiple land survey company's to get estimates I'm glad I went with Meridian because they were very responsive when I called them and their staff did a great job and were super professional when they were onsite. Their price was very competitive with most company's. Some other survey companies were twice as expensive (cardinal). So overall I'm happy I selected them and would recommend them to other residential customers who are looking to have any work done.

Thanks to Debbie working with the title company and getting our survey done in a timely manner and the pricing was great. Will use again.

As a small locally owned business, we have bought and sold multiple properties (both commercial and residential) over the past 10 years. We have used a few other surveying companies but Meridian has by far been the most thorough surveying company we have ever used. We will never use another company to do our surveys. They are not only thorough but super knowledgeable and reliable. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly whenever we have questions. I can not recommend this company enough! They are seriously the best.

Save yourself from terrible customer service and billing practices the the Better Business Bureau should hear about. Awful experience with this company. I gave explicit instructions to do a survey on a house after I closed. When the sale did not go through, prior to my closing date, I called them to cancel to order. They told me they had already completed the work.

This was a blatant lie as I had driven by the property and there were no stakes marking boundary lines as I requested. The person I spoke with said they would have the owner contact me, but this never happened. They now continue to try to bill me $900 for work I never authorized. They lie to suit their interests. With this incompetence and shady practices in simply executing an order, one can only imagine the inaccuracy of their boundary lines.

Extremely pleased with Meridian's professionalism and responsiveness to getting a boundary survey completed in tricky January weather - not just on time, but early! We had a great experience working with Meridian on a boundary survey from beginning to end. After calling around for estimates we found Meridian not only had competitive pricing but (Debbie) listened and worked with us on a few specific request. After choosing them for the job, the crew came out (same week) on-time and did an amazing job marking our wooded property lines in a 100+ degree heat. Received the printed copies just a few days later. Highly recommend them for boundary survey needs.

I recently contacted Merdian with what I thought was a longshot request. I had an old faxed copy of a survey Meridian had performed on my property nearly 10 years ago, and needed a new copy for some work we're planning on doing. Within hours, Meridian emailed me a new, clean copy of the survey. What amazing service, thanks Meridian!
