The Village at Franklin Park is a high end senior housing facility consisting of 96 units in the Town of St. Albans. This project is located on an abandoned farm adjacent to Interstate 89 and presented some unique permitting issues. Cross Consulting Engineers was retained by GSD Development to design and permit this project.

Cross Consulting Engineers was retained to survey and map 40 parcels containing over 1500 acres for the Burke Mountain Ski Area in East Burke, VT. Requirements of this project included research and measurements of over 60 parcels totaling more than 3000 acres. This work involved surveys of Town and County lines, Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation property and numerous individual parcels ranging from less than one acre to more than 400 acres.Over 850 deeds were compiled, scanned and indexed.

Cross Consulting Engineers, PC is currently seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Structural Department. The ideal candidate for this position will have 10+ years of experience in a professional engineering office and a desire to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. We work on design projects in a wide variety of fields including industrial, commercial, hospitality, municipal, residential and historic preservation.
