He offers with confidence, 28 years of experience in all disciplines of land surveying and expertise with computer aided drafting software. Mr. Drewes received an Associate of Applied Science, Civil Engineering degree from Hawkeye Institute of Technology of Waterloo, Iowa in 1979.

We just hired land mark, they were supposed to arrive at our location to mark 4 corners and a benchmark point. We contacted them and were told they would be out there. They never showed up when we called they told us they were out there, which was a lie because we had a guy out there waiting for them. I dont tend to write reviews but honestly based on reading the other reviews this tends to happen more often then it should. Do not recommend.

! Read! About 9 months ago I paid approximately $1000 for a service they have not executed. Every time I called it was the same story and they still have not delivered my product or returned my money. I just noticed im not the first customer to go through this scam. If you are a victim of this company do something now before we have other victims.
You can begin by contacting the BBB Better Business Bureau online and submitting a complaint (don't wait). We need businesses we can rely on and not the ones that steal from us, money is earned through hard work.

Have been waiting for at least 3 weeks for Larry to contact me to survey 3 acres. I sent him maps, legal description and nothing. I sent him emails and no response. The lady surveyor there keeps telling me someone(Larry will call Me) but hasn't happened yet. I will give nothing but bad recommedations about this business. They have made me waste a lot of time by keeping me thinking they would get back to me. I guess they have a lot of business doing big jobs and no time for small surveys like 3.5 acres. I wonder if boss knows about this. God, I hope Larry is not the boss!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I have been trying for about a year to get this company to give me an estimate on a survey of my land near Van Horn. I've emailed the information they requested several times and they NEVER contact me. Terrible company. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Been waiting over two weeks for someone to "work on my quote" for a simple acre of land. Told 5 different times they would "call me back with something shortly" just to receive crickets from my phone. Then when I FINALLY get a chance to speak to the quote guy, he is busy having a personal phone call that is more important than getting business. Receptionist is nice though.

Larry has been working with us here at Lower Valley Housing for over 20 years. We have him help us with all stages of our developments. When we are ready to develop a large piece of land he works with our engineer to help us divide the land into sections. And he helps us create our plot plans, and our boundary surveys and improvement surveys. We are very happy with the work he has done for us, and continues doing for us in these large scale projects. And we will continue using Land-Mark Surveying far into the future.

One pet peev of mine is business parking lots that puddle so badly when it rains, that the pavement starts deteriorating right away. But when I had my business built, Land-Mark made certain that the elevations and slopes were just right. So the water runs off correctly. Land-Mark really takes care, and has PRIDE in their work. Thank you for excellent service!
