Confronted with an extremely complex problem of resolving easements, abandoned properties, and structures that were built before 1900 on private land later to be mapped as public by Pima County - the situation demanded a unique, highly professional, and tremendously accurate surveying company. Darling Geomatics met that challenge and more! As an architect for 40 plus years, I have worked with numerous surveying companies but I can honestly state that none have exceeded the skills that Darling Geomatics demonstrate and that without them working above and beyond, in particular the perseverance and professionalism of Richard Darling, this situation would never have been resolved. It was a pleasure to work with Richard and the team in securing a great resolution to a very difficult problem, I am most appreciative. leone nell smets AIA
