Although I didn't use their services yet. I spoke with Paul about breaking off 2 acres from my 5 acre parcel. I told him I had a current survey. He recommended that I speak with the company that did the survey as they already had done a lot of the work and could probably be better on the price. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and wouldn't hesitate to call in the future. Thanks!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is awful at communication, scheduling and following through. We scheduled our survey at the beginning of December 2021. They told us 2 week waiting period and scheduled a date. They never showed and we never heard a word. We called scheduled an appointment for early January and heard nothing again. We called again after our second missed appointment and they said sorry we'll get you scheduled for the following Monday. AGAIN no call, no show.
We called to see what happened and they never give us an answer just say sorry we will make sure to get you taken care of next week. I kid you not we have called 5 times trying to hassle them to DO THEIR JOB. Today was my last straw! Again we had a no call no show. Absolutely unacceptable, and unprofessional. Save yourself the time and money and find a more professional company. This company is a joke.

I called to get an estimate on the cost of a survey, and I was asked several questions as to where my property was located, the size of my property, and if it had easy access. After answering all the questions I was told that they were not taking any new clients. Why not just start there from the beginning and save us both some time? or be honest and say my property doesn't meet the requirements you guys are looking for to take on new clients.

Paul helped us in a tight spot! We expected the title co. to order a survey as most always do. This particular co doesn't order surveys per their policy. Sadly, they didn't inform us until the week of closing! Called around to several surveyors. All quoted two weeks minimum which is customary. I explained our situation to Paul. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our crunch situation!
He was "Johnny on the spot" on top of giving us a reasonable fee despite the rush job! Will recommend him to any and all real estate clients from here forward! Thank you Paul for helping us out when we really needed it!

Absolutely wonderful! Honest, thorough, quick response, and excellent price! Regardless of size or terrain, their amazing team was able to identify my property to the inch along with being able to document the structures it contains. I couldn't be happier with their quick response and service. Very good company. Would definitely recommend!

Wow, Paul is a life-saver! He called me after hours on a Friday and helped me on a holiday weekend. He moved his schedule around to help us get a survey on the last day of our option period! He is very knowledgeable in the Eagle Mountain Lake area and offered great advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing anything regards to surveys or elevation certificate.
