Services
ALTA/ACSM surveys, frequently shortened to ALTA surveys, are often required for real estate transactions. Mortgage Survey or Physical Survey: a simple survey that generally determines land boundaries and building locations. Mortgage surveys are required by title companies and lending institutions when they provide financing to show that there are no structures encroaching on the property and that the position of structures is generally within zoning and building code requirements.

Terrible, Keep away! I contacted Lou from this company to survey the land on a property, after our initial conversation everything seemed well. a week later I am not getting any responses via email or cell(I have left multiple messages). Lou, if you are not interested on providing the service, just say so and people can move on instead of wasting time. Terrible, Keep away!
