As an overview of my professional background I offer the following, I graduated in 1984 with a bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee. My Surveying License in Tennessee was earned in 1985 and I passed the Tennessee Engineering boards in 1988, upon completing a two-year engineer-in-training period.
You may want to divide one parcel into two lots or develop a large tract into smaller parcels for commercial or residential building. Our firm has designed subdivisions for commercial buildings as well as residential subdivisions. Our goal is to design using the land to its best advantage and creating the maximum development for the area available.
Do you know where your property boundaries are? For most people your property is your largest investment. Knowing where your property lies is important. Our firm has worked in most neighborhoods in the Greater Nashville Area. We can determine where your property boundaries are and help determine any encroachments there may be on your land. We will tie directly into the state plane grid.
Many municipalities are requiring more approvals from developers and builders. If your building or remodeling project requires a site plan - we can prepare the necessary documents for your project. We will coordinate with the existing requirements and procedures. We will work directly with the officials in your county to assure the regulations are met and the design is favorable. We strive to communicate with you and/or other involved parties as directed.
