Pease Park is an urban park paralleling Shoal Creek and is steeped in Texas History. Originally a native American site, it was also a campsite for General Custer's troops (many of whom died at the site due to Cholera) and was the site of a gold rush. Purchased by Governor E.M. Pease and his wife as part of his larger estate, they later donated it to the City of Austin as parkland.

After weeks of trying to obtain the CAD file for a survey they had already completed, they responded to tell us they will not be able to release it without us paying for all new services. I have worked with about 15 different survey companies in Austin and have never experienced such incompetence and shady practices. I HIGHLY recommend using Exacta Surveying instead!
